| To The Parents Of Our Ballet Students: Your child will learn form, line and movement that is very important in ballet. The clothes they wear are designed to be practical and uncluttered. Ballet is the most disciplined form of all dances and wearing the proper attire is necessary in all ballet classes. KFD strictly enforces this dress code. Repeated disregard for apparel and grooming requirements will result in a student losing the right to participate in class. We appreciate your cooperation. DRESS CODE FOR ALL BALLET CLASSES: HAIR IN A BUN – Hair should be neat and tidy and off the face. Ponytails allowed only for short hair. BLACK LEOTARD – For uniformity. PINK FULL TIGHTS and PINK BALLET SHOES – Proper alignment, straight knees fully pointed toes are best seen by the teacher through pink tights. | TUITION - EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2008 $20.00 Registration Fee First Student Additional Students in Family *NEW* 1 class a week = $ 45.00 month 1 class a week = $ 36.00 month 2 classes a week = $ 80.00 month 2 classes a week = $ 64.00 month 3 classes a week = $125.00 month 3 classes a week = $100.00 month Walk in rate: $10.00 a class for (non-register students only) *NEW* Unlimited classes a week = $150.00 a month/Sibling $120.00 a month Private Lessons ½ hour solo = $25.00 ½ hour duo/trio = $15.00 (per student) Tuition is due by the 5th of each month. There will be a $10.00 late fee after the 5th of the month added to your tuition. There is a $20.00 fee for any returned checks. All tuition payments are non-refundable. If you miss a class, you have 30 days to make it up in any other class of your choice. The class will be forfeited after 30 days. If for some reason the teacher feels the class you chose is not the best class for you, they will recommend a different class. If you miss a private it will be rescheduled. ALL COMPETITION ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS! |
